Beginner Listening Course

 

This course is designed to help listeners understand the basics of the TOEFL iBT listening section. Students at this level will focus on the understanding of format of the listening questions. Students will focus on understanding the main points/topics discussed and supporting details.

Intermediate Listening Course

 

Students who wish to enter this course must first complete a listening test or submit a score from a TOEFL iBT in order to ensure that the level of English proficiency matches the intensity of the course.

 

This course is designed to help students master the listening techniques tested on the TOEFL iBT. Students will focus on "only listening" to what is relevant to the main point/topic. Students will learn keywords from lectures which will help to identify what is important to write down. Completion of this course qualifies the candidate for the iBT writing 22 point guarantee.
